All done! What a great night!We were in Joan's basement which is where James and I lived for a long time before we bought our house. It was weird to be back, but it is such a great and open space for parties! We had two kinds of enchiladas, home made beans, salsa, guacamole and some Brazilian soda. I feel like I am forgetting something, but all in all, it was fabulous! Oh that is right, James insisted on making tortillas as well. (Yes, we make them from scratch as well)
