Landon's
itty bitty ID band.

My fragile little guy just out of surgery.

Our first glimpse of his new belly button, won't really see it for a few more days.

Landon is slowly waking up

Landon's first taste of
pedialite and first time with a bottle. He did
surprisingly well. He drank about an ounce before letting the rest run down his chin.

The nurses wanted to take a picture of us in front of the building.

She couldn't resist taking this picture of Landon.

Intake nurse and Discharge nurse. They couldn't get enough of Landon!

Another Nurse that wanted to hold him.

This nurse was so sweet and she just kept saying over and over how gorgeous he was for a baby. She asked if she could hold him, she just couldn't resist it any longer. She was so wonderful to us. My camera ran out of batteries and she went and got me new ones.
Okay, so we got to the hospital at 8am. Landon went into surgery a little after 10:15am. He came out about an hour later and we came home. The Dr. was amazing! Love him! The nurses were lovely. All in all, I have to say, as anxious as I was, they made this experience wonderful.
Landon didn't cry at all! He went about 7 hours without eating, can't believe it!
So glad it is all over and can't wait to see if he is a happier baby from now on. Also, can't wait to see his new belly button in the next few days.

I'm so glad to see everything went well. Do post pictures of the new belly button please. :) Those nurses seemed great! What awesome parents you are! I loved seeing those videos of James playing with Landon. Super cute. You can tell they've bonded for sure!
